Axiall Corporation is headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., and operates more than 40 facilities throughout North America and Asia, including facilities in Lake Charles, La., and Plaquemine, La.

Lotte Chemical, a part of Lotte Group, is one of South Korea's largest petrochemical companies and operates multiple ethylene and mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) production facilities throughout Asia.

LACC and Lotte's MEG plant will be located in Louisiana's Calcasieu Parish, near Sulphur, La., just west of I-210 and south of I-10, essentially adjacent to Axiall's existing Lake Charles facilities.
